Shannon Ethridge is a million-copy best-selling author, international speaker, certified life coach, and advocate for healthy sexuality with a master’s degree in counseling / human relations from Liberty University. Since her mortuary days of embalming many HIV+ and AIDS patients, she has boldly spoken to high school and college students, single adults, and married couples about:

* Embracing a lifestyle of sexual integrity

* Overcoming past sexual & emotional baggage

* Cultivating genuine intimacy in marriage

* Instilling sexual values in young children

The BLAST Community consists of folks from all over the globe -- the United States to the United Kingdom, Switzerland to South Sudan. We range in ages from early 20s to late 70s. We are counselors, coaches, and consultants, pastors and professors, trainers and teachers, and leaders of all kinds of businesses, practices, ministries, and movements.

We are NOT afraid to "put ourselves out there" and let God work IN us and THROUGH us in powerful, life-changing ways.

In this BLAST Community, we get real about our struggles, we test our material and welcome honest feedback, and we brainstorm together how best to accomplish the mission that God has entrusted to each of us.

Be prepared to make life-long friends, and perhaps to get your feelings hurt on occasion because someone was courageous enough to speak the truth in love in response to something that you present. Consider THAT person your NEW BEST FRIEND, because you WANT to surround yourself with people who are willing to ruffle your feathers for the purpose of polishing and perfecting you.

We are all on the same team. There is no competition. Only camaraderie.

How does this program differ from a typical writer’s conference?

At most writer’s conferences you’ll hear 30-minute talks given by several different authors or agents over a 1 to 3 day period of time. But you’ll be one face in a crowd of hundreds clamoring for the attention and advice of a handful of professionals in the industry. If you’re lucky, you may walk away from the refreshment table with a business card or two in hand, but good luck getting them to return your call if you’re not already a big-shot in the industry.

The B.L.A.S.T. Mentorship opportunity would be the equivalent of spending 12 days relentlessly picking the brain of someone who’s successfully walked in the shoes you aspire to walk in.

How It Works: Online Video Classes, Self-paced monthly assignments/reading list, Community interaction via Monthly Class Q&A calls with class members, One on One mentoring/life coaching with Shannon available.
